Ingredients

  • 40g rolled oats*
  • 125ml soya milk 
  • 50g coconut yogurt 
  • ½ banana, sliced 
  • 80g of fresh berries 
  • 5g chai seeds 
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup

Method

  1. Stir together the oats, milk and yogurt in a bowl.  
  2. Place in the fridge overnight. 
  3. In the morning top with banana, fresh berries and chai seeds and a drizzle of maple syrup.
