Coeliac UK Ambassador and author, Becky Excell, has been gluten free for well over a decade and wrote a Christmas recipe book because she wanted to ensure no gluten free person ever has a Christmas that was as stressful and deflating as her first. Becky says:
" Like many of us, my Christmas cheer was often overshadowed by a fear of being glutened for many, many years. So, I think it’s fab that Coeliac UK is there for us to offer much needed support, guidance (and great recipes!) to ensure everyone has a healthy happy gluten free Christmas and help us to just feel ‘normal’ again.
" I’m sure you’ll agree, there’s still more that can be done to make the lives of gluten free people better. So, my hope is that by entering the Coeliac UK Christmas Raffle, we can all play a part in continuing to change things for the better – and of course, you get the chance to win £10,000 to boot!
