Ingredients

  • 2 Nairn’s Gluten Free Oatcakes or Wholegrain Crackers
  • ½ avocado, finely diced
  • 1 tsp gluten free sweet chilli sauce
  • 1 tomato, deseeded and finely diced
  • Squeeze of lime juice
  • 1tsp coriander leaves, chopped

Method

  1. Mix together all the ingredients and season to taste. Pile on top of the oatcakes or crackers to serve
