Ingredients
- 2 Nairn’s Gluten Free Oatcakes or Wholegrain Crackers
- ½ avocado, finely diced
- 1 tsp gluten free sweet chilli sauce
- 1 tomato, deseeded and finely diced
- Squeeze of lime juice
- 1tsp coriander leaves, chopped
Method
- Mix together all the ingredients and season to taste. Pile on top of the oatcakes or crackers to serve
