
Fruit rainbow kebabs
Dessert just got a lot more exciting – and healthy – with these quick, yummy kebabs.

Ingredients
- 1 apple
- 1 pear
- 1 kiwi
- 12-14 blackberries
- 4 skewers or cocktail sticks
- 2x125g pot of low-fat fruit yoghurt*, plain Greek yoghurt or fromage frais
- 8 strawberries, whole
- 1 banana, chopped
- 8 grapefruit chunks, canned
- 1 apple
- 2x 125g pot of low-fat fruit yoghurt*, plain Greek yoghurt or fromage frais

Method
- Wash the fruit. Peel the kiwi and chop the fruit into 2cm cubes but leave the blackberries and strawberries whole if preferred
- Thread the 5-6 pieces of fruit onto each skewer and arrange them decoratively on a serving platter. Spoon the yoghurt* or plain fromage frais into bowls.
