Ingredients

  • 2 Newburn Bakehouse gluten free Crumpets
  • 2 tbsp (30g) crushed tomatoes or gluten free pizza sauce
  • 4 mini mozzarella balls
  • Few slices gluten free pepperoni
  • Few slices red chili

Method

  1. Heat grill
  2. Toast crumpets then spread with sauce
  3. Slice mozzarella and pepperoni and arrange on top, then add a few chilies
  4. Pop under the grill for 1-2 minutes until golden and bubbling.
