Spicy baked bean soup

Ingredients
- 400g (14oz) can baked beans in tomato sauce*
- 180g (6oz) can red kidney beans, drained
- 1 onion
- 1 red pepper
- 250ml (½ pint) chicken stock*
- ½ tsp crushed chillies
- 1tsp olive oil

Method
1. Dice onion and peppers and sweat in a pan with oil until they start to soften
2. Add half a teaspoon of dried chilli flakes (according to taste)
3. Add baked beans, kidney beans and chicken stock and bring to the boil. Simmer for about 10 minutes over a low heat
