Banana and Blueberry Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 200ml (7fl oz) milk (any type)
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 100g (4oz) blueberries (or any berries of your choice)
  • 125g (5oz) yoghurt, any flavour

Method

  1. Wash the berries and then place all the ingredients into a blender and whizz until smooth
  2. Pour into a glass and decorate with whole blueberries and a mint leaf and serve immediately.
