
Banana and Blueberry Smoothie

Ingredients
- 200ml (7fl oz) milk (any type)
- 1 ripe banana
- 100g (4oz) blueberries (or any berries of your choice)
- 125g (5oz) yoghurt, any flavour
Method
- Wash the berries and then place all the ingredients into a blender and whizz until smooth
- Pour into a glass and decorate with whole blueberries and a mint leaf and serve immediately.
