Berry Smoothie

Ingredients
- 2 Schär Breakfast Bakes (Contains gluten free oats)
- 200g (7oz) berries: 100g (3.5oz) strawberries, 50g (2oz) raspberries, 25g (1oz) of blueberries, 25g (1oz) of blackberries
- 1 small peeled banana
- 100ml pomegranate or cranberry juice
- 175g (6oz) Greek 0% natural yogurt

Method
- Place the washed fruits, banana and juice in the smoothie maker or blender and blend for 30 seconds
- Add yogurt and blend for a further 15 seconds
- Divide between two glasses and serve
