Ingredients

  • ½ potato diced
  • Handful of spinach leaves
  • 1 tsp (5g) curry paste*

Method

  1. Blanch potato in water until half cooked
  2. Meanwhile warm through the curry paste and add spinach
  3. Add the potato cook out until the potato is cooked
  4. Serve.
