Ingredients
- ½ potato diced
- Handful of spinach leaves
- 1 tsp (5g) curry paste*

Method
- Blanch potato in water until half cooked
- Meanwhile warm through the curry paste and add spinach
- Add the potato cook out until the potato is cooked
- Serve.
