Macaroni Bake

Ingredients

  • 400g (14oz) uncooked gluten free spiral or macaroni pasta*
  • 4 rashers bacon, chopped
  • 440g (15oz) can condensed tomato soup*
  • 375ml (13fl oz) milk
  • 110g (4 oz) grated cheese, plus extra for topping

Method

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions and drain
  2. While pasta is cooking, sautee bacon and drain
  3. Grease a medium casserole dish
  4. In the greased casserole dish combine cooked and drained pasta and bacon with tomato soup, milk and cheese
  5. Top with extra cheese, if desired, and bake in preheated oven for approximately 30 minutes.
