Banana and Mango Smoothie

Ingredients
- 100g (3½oz) small ripe banana
- 250ml (8fl.oz) semi-skimmed milk
- 1 small ripe mango, peeled, stoned and diced
Method
- Peel and slice the banana, then put the slices into a freezer container and freeze for at least 2 hours or overnight
- Put the chilled banana slices into a food processor or blender with the milk and mango and whizz until thick and frothy
- Pour into a glass and serve immediately.
