Cinnamon Honey Corn Flakes
A gluten free snack with a yummy mix of colours, textures and flavours. Made with Go Free® Corn Flakes cereal, this is a great idea for snacking bowls.

Ingredients
- 125g GO FREE® Corn Flakes
- 25g buttery baking spread
- 40g blanched almonds
- 40g pecan halves
- 20g dark muscovado sugar
- 30ml maple syrup
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
Method
- Preheat your oven to 150 degrees C
- Place the buttery baking spread and maple syrup in a large saucepan and melt together over a low heat
- Tip all of the dry ingredients into the saucepan and mix to coat thoroughly
- Place the mix on a large baking tray lined with baking paper
- Bake for approximately 15 minutes until golden brown, ensuring you give the mix a stir every few minutes
- Set aside to cool then store in an airtight container
