Cinnamon Honey Corn Flakes

A gluten free snack with a yummy mix of colours, textures and flavours. Made with Go Free® Corn Flakes cereal, this is a great idea for snacking bowls.

Ingredients

  • 125g GO FREE® Corn Flakes 
  • 25g buttery baking spread 
  • 40g blanched almonds 
  • 40g pecan halves 
  • 20g dark muscovado sugar 
  • 30ml maple syrup 
  • 1 tsp ground ginger 
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon 

Method

  1. Preheat your oven to 150 degrees C
  2. Place the buttery baking spread and maple syrup in a large saucepan and melt together over a low heat 
  3. Tip all of the dry ingredients into the saucepan and mix to coat thoroughly 
  4. Place the mix on a large baking tray lined with baking paper 
  5. Bake for approximately 15 minutes until golden brown, ensuring you give the mix a stir every few minutes 
  6. Set aside to cool then store in an airtight container
