Gluten Free Berry Oatmeal Muesli

Add a gluten free twist to your mornings with this berry oatmeal muesli, made with Go Free® gluten free corn flakes. Full of flavour, you won’t even notice it’s gluten free!

Ingredients

  • 250 grams Go Free Honey Nut or Go Free Plain Corn Flakes
  • 375 grams Gluten-free old-fashioned Oats 
  • 125 grams Chopped Walnuts 
  • 30 milliliters (2 tablespoons) Honey 
  • 15 grams (1 tbsp) buttery baking spread 
  • 175 grams Honey yogurt or vanilla yogurt *
  • 2 Handfuls of Fresh Berries

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C, (160°C for fan ovens), Gas Mark 4.
  2. In a large bowl, mix the walnuts, Go Free Honey Nut or Go Free Plain Corn Flakes and oats.
  3. Combine the melted buttery baking spread & honey and drizzle over the dry mix. Give everything a good mix to make sure everything is coated in the honey and butter. 
  4. Spread the mix out on a lined baking tray and bake for 15 - 18 minutes until golden brown. 
  5. Remove from the oven and allow to cool. You can keep the muesli mix in an airtight container for up to a week.
  6. When ready to serve, share between 6 bowls and top with the yoghurt & berries
