Black Keto Gluten Free Bread

Ingredients

  • 500g ricotta cheese
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 tbsp tahini
  • 3tsp baking powder*
  • 100g flax seeds
  • 250g black sesame seeds
  • 50g white sesame seeds
  • 50 pumpkin seeds
  • 1 tbsp salt
For Decorating
  • peanut butter*
  • berries
  • mint

Method

  1. Put ricotta cheese, eggs and tahini in a bowl and mix. Grind the flax seeds and sesame seeds into a powder using a mixer. 

  2. Add the mixture, powdered seeds, salt baking powder and pumpkin seeds into the breadmaker. 
    For Croustina and SD-B2510 only: Select the Pizza Dough programme to knead the dough and turn it off after 10 minutes. 
    For all other breadmakers: Select the Manual Bread Kneading programme and set the time to 10 minutes. 

  3. For all bread makers: Select the Bake Only programme and bake the dough for an hour and a half. 

  4. Let the loaf cool down. 

  5. Slice the bread and garnish it with peanut butter, berries and some mint leaves.
