Gluten Free Brioche
Have you got a sweet or savoury tooth? A gluten free bread in two delicious versions: try this Gluten Free French brioche with cheddar and ham or with ricotta cheese and chocolate chips! Ingredients
- 300g rice flour
- 140g corn starch
- 40g gluten free oat flour*
- 200ml milk
- 100g sugar
- 4 eggs (plus 1 egg yolk)
- a pinch of salt
- a packet of yeast*
- cheddar
- sliced ham
- jam
- marojaram
- ricotta cheese
- apricots in syrup
- chocolate chips*
- mint leaves

Method
- Put all the ingredients into a bowl and mix. Pour the mixture into the breadmaker
- Select programme “Gluten free bread” and knead and bake for 1 hour and 40 min.
- For the savoury version: decorate the bread slices with cheddar, ham, raspberry jam and a few marjoram leaves.
- For the sweet version: decorate the bread slices with ricotta cheese, apricots in syrup, chocolate chips and some mint leaves.
