Cookie Pizza
Perfect for sharing and simple to prepare, this cookie recipe is the ultimate crowd pleaser. It makes a great gift and the recipe is an ideal activity for a children's party, celebration or sleep over. It's part pizza, part cookie and 100% delicious!

Ingredients
- 1 batch of easy cookie dough recipe
- 50g Nutella
- 50g white chocolate grated
- Sweets and sprinkles of your choice*

Method
- Heat the oven to 180°C, 170°C fan, gas mark 4. Line two baking sheets with parchment.
- Divide the mixture into two balls.
- Place a ball on each of the baking sheets, and press down slightly.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until each pizza is browned and a little crisp at the edges but still very soft in the middle – they will harden a little as they cool. Leave to cool on the tray for a few minutes before eating warm, or transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
- Once cool spread with Nutella, and garnish with sweet sprinkles and chocolate of your choice.
