You are looking at 80g of fruit per skewer to provide a portion. We use round edged wooden stirrers for the skewers and we know that children love to get involved in choosing and threading the fruit.

- raspberries
- strawberries
- tangerine
- mango
- pineapple
- kiwi
- grapes
- blueberries
Method
- Wash the fruit.
- Prepare the fruit, peeling if needed. Chop the large fruit so all the pieces are roughly the same size.
- Take a wooden stirrer and thread the fruit onto the skewer.
