Gluten Free and Vegan Braised Tofu Pizza

Ingredients
- 1 x White Rabbit Pizza Gluten Free Base (available on Ocado)
- 70g Tomato paste
- 1/2 tsp Oregano
- 1/2 tsp Basil
- 1 tbsp Extra Virgin olive oil
- a dash of hot water
- 100g firm tofu (cut in small cubes)
- 1/2 tsp Smoked Paprika
- a sprinkle of salt & Black Pepper
- 1 tsp Nutritional Yeast*
- a dash of Gluten Free Soy Sauce*
- olive oil
- Pesto*
- Vegan Cheese*
- Cherry Tomatoes
- Rocket Leaves

Method
- Preheat the oven to 180-200 °C
- Prepare the tomato sauce by mixing all the ingredients
- Spread the mixture on base
- Marinate the tofu with all ingredients for 5-10 minutes
- Heat a dash of olive oil in a pan and cook the tofu until it’s golden brown
- Spread the tofu, pesto & vegan cheese evenly on the base
- Cook for 15-18 minutes until the crust is crispy and the cheese has melted
- Finally, top the pizza with the tomatoes and rocket leaves and ENJOY!
