Nairn's Overnight Oats

Ingredients
- 43g Nairn's Gluten Free Scottish Porridge Oats
- 1 tbsp Chia Seeds
- 1 tsp Linseed
- 1 tbsp Toasted Coconut Flakes
- 118ml Coconut Milk
- 2 tbsp Coconut Yogurt
For the Puree

64g Mango, diced
- 2 tbsp Water
Additional toppings: Kiwi, Pineapple and Banana Slices
Method
- In a preserve jar, combine oats, chia seeds, linseeds and coconut flakes
- Add coconut milk and yoghurt
- Stir or shake to combine
- Combine mango and water in a blender, puree until smooth
- Top oat mixture with mango puree
- Cover and leave overnight in the fridge. This can be done up to three days in advance
- Top with sliced fruit, enjoy!
