Ingredients
- 1 tin of peach halves in natural juice
- 200g fresh raspberries
- 200g double cream
- 200g Greek yogurt
- 25g flaked almonds, toasted (optional)
Method

- Wash the raspberries and place half of them into the blender with the peaches. Cover and reserve the rest.
- Blend the raspberries and peaches in the blender to make the fruit sauce. After that, transfer it to a bowl and reserve until needed.
- Next, empty the yoghurt and cream into a mixer, and whisk together until it forms peaks.
- Take four glasses. Place a spoon of the fruit sauce into the bottom of each glass. Top with the cream and yogurt, then more sauce, and some of the reserved fruit.
- Repeat until all the cream filling, sauce, and fruit are used up.
- Cover each glass with clingfilm and chill until needed.
- Serve from the fridge, with flaked toasted almonds if you wish.
