Dates work really well when blended with milk. You can also add half a banana if you wish.

Ingredients

  • 250ml cold milk
  • 3 stoned dates
  • ½ tsp cinnamon powder (optional)

Method

  1. Place all the ingredients to into a blender and blend until all is smooth and the dates have broken down.  
  2. You can serve over ice if you wish.
