Dates work really well when blended with milk. You can also add half a banana if you wish.

- 250ml cold milk
- 3 stoned dates
- ½ tsp cinnamon powder (optional)

- Place all the ingredients to into a blender and blend until all is smooth and the dates have broken down.
- You can serve over ice if you wish.
