- Set the bread maker to the gluten free setting with dark crust.

- 350mls water
- 1 tsp cider vinegar
- 4 teaspoons vegetable oil
- 2 medium eggs
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp sugar or honey
- 450g gluten free flour*
- 1½ tsp yeast*
- 50g parmesan cheese grated
- 50g sundried tomatoes chopped
