
Gluten free banana bread

Ingredients
- 80g butter, cut into 1cm cubes
- 120g sugar
- 3 large eggs, beaten
- 160g gluten free self-raising flour*
- 50g ground almonds
- 80g bananas, chopped
- 10g baking powder*

Method
- Place the blade into the bread pan.
- Put all of the ingredients into the bread pan in the order listed in the ingredients list.
- Set the machine to the gluten free cake menu (20) 1 hour 50 mins.
- After 2 mins when the beep sounds, scrape any residue from the sides using a rubber spatula.
- When the program has finished, remove from the bread pan and allow the cake to cool or serve hot with some ice cream.
- Check the cake after 1 hour 10 mins by inserting a skewer into the centre. If it comes out clean remove the cake and allow to cool.
