BFree Turkey & Ham Bake
The perfect recipe for your Christmas Day leftovers!

Serves 4
Ingredients
- 4 slices of BFree White Loaf
- Thyme
- Parsley
- Butter
- 100g grated cheese
- 1 x onion
- 1 clove of garlic (crushed)
- 150g frozen peas
- 2 tbsp of wholegrain mustard
- 350ml of chicken stock
- 500g leftover turkey & ham
- 200ml crème fraiche
- 4 tbsp corn flour
- 2 tbsp cold water
Method
- Preheat oven to 200 degrees
- Add 4 slices of BFree White Loaf, thyme and parsley into a blender and blitz
- Remove the contents from the blender and place into a bowl
- Add 1 tbsp of melted butter into the bowl and mix
- Sprinkle 100g of grated cheese into the bowl and mix
- In a pot, add 1 diced oven, 1 clove of crushed garlic and sauté until soft
Proceed to add;
- 150g of frozen peas, 1 tbsp of wholegrain mustard, 350ml of chicken stock, 500g of leftover turkey and ham and 200g of crème fraiche to the pot and bring to a simmer
- Pour 4 tbsp of cornflour and 2 tbsp of cold water into a ramekin and mix
- Add the mix into the pot and simmer until thickened
- Transfer the contents from the pot to an oven proof dish
- Top with the breadcrumb mix from the bowl
- Bake in the oven for 25 minutes
