
Walnut dinner rolls

Ingredients
- 190mls water
- 1 tsp cider vinegar
- 60mls oil
- 1 egg plus 1 egg white (save the yolk for the glaze)
- 450g gluten free bread flour*
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 1/2 tsp fast acting yeast*
- 100g chopped walnuts

Method
- Put all the ingredients in the bread pan in the order listed
- Set the breadmaker to the PIZZA DOUGH program, 45 minutes
- Remove the dough from the pan using a spatula, the dough will be a little sticky so lightly flour the worktop and your hands with gluten free flour
- Shape into 10-12 rolls and prove for 20 minutes
- Mix the egg yolk with a little milk, water or oil and glaze the rolls
- Bake at 220C for 10-12 minutes.
