Prosciutto and goats cheese pizza

Ingredients
For the dough:
- 190mls water
- 1 tsp cider vinegar
- 60mls oil
- 1 egg + 1 egg white
- 450g gluten free bread flour
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 1/2 tsp fast acting yeast*
For the topping:
- Tomato pizza sauce topping*
- 50-75g Cheddar cheese
- 50-75g Goats cheese
- 70g prosciutto

Method
- Put all the ingredients in the bread pan in the order listed
- Set the breadmaker to PIZZA DOUGH program for 45 minutes
- Remove the dough from the pan using a spatula, the dough will be a little sticky so lightly flour the worktop and your hands with gluten free flour
- Shape into two thin pizza bases
- Pre heat the oven to 220C and cook the bases for 10-12 minutes
- Remove the bases from the oven, spread the pizza sauce topping over the base and sprinkle the cheddar cheese.
- Arrange the goats cheese and prosciutto over the top and bake for a further 10-15 minutes, until lightly golden and the cheese has melted.
