Tear and share gluten free garlic cheese bread
This failsafe loaf is perfect for parties, full of cheesy goodness it's bound to impress your guest

Ingredients
- 350ml water
- 1 tsp cider vinegar
- 4 tsp vegetable oil
- 2 medium eggs
- 1 tsp sugar or honey
- 450g gluten free flour*
- 1 1/2 tsp yeast
- 65g butter
- 2 cloves of garlic, crushed
- fresh parsley, finely chopped
- 150g Cheddar and Monterey Jack cheese, grated

Method
1. Place the water, cider, vinegar, vegetable oil, eggs, sugar or honey, gluten free flour and yeast into the bread pan
2. Set the breadmaker to the gluten free setting with dark crust
3. Remove the bread at the end of the bake cycle and allow to cool
4. Preheat the oven to 180°C/350°C/Gas Mark 4
5. Place the bread on a sheet of foil and slice the bread diagonally one way and repeat in the opposite direction but do not cut all the way through the bread
6. Combine the butter, garlic and half the parsley in a heat proof bowl and melt in the microwave

7. Drizzle half of the garlic butter into the cuts of bread followed by the grated cheese, then drizzle the remaining butter and parsley over the top
8. Cover the bread in the foil and allow to bake for 10-15 minutes, then remove the cover from the top and bake for a further 5-10 minutes until lightly golden and the cheese has melted. Serve warm.
