Hot Chocolate stirrers

Ingredients
- 600g (21oz) chocolate of your choice
- oil for greasing
- your favourite toppings for sprinkling (hundreds and thousands, chocolate buttons, marshmallows or any other toppings you like)

Method
- Break up your chocolate into pieces and place in a heatproof bowl. Put the chocolate in a bowl and heat in the microwave for 30 second intervals until runny, stirring in between. Or place your bowl over a pan of gently simmering water and leave to melt, stirring occasionally
- Brush the silicone baking pan with the cooking oil
- Pour the melted chocolate into the chocolate silicone moulds, put a small wooden spoon (available from craft shops) or lolly stick in the middle of each and sprinkle your favourite toppings around it
- Put the moulds in the fridge to set overnight
- Once cooled, pull the chocolate coated spoons or lolly sticks out of the silicone moulds, wrap each in cellophane tied with strings, and write a tag.
