Cranberry Sauce
This simple cranberry sauce is great for Christmas and can be made up to a week in advance and then saved in the fridge until needed.

Ingredients
- 200g fresh or frozen cranberries
- 75g sugar
- 75ml orange juice
- 1 lemon juiced
- ½ tsp cinnamon
Method
- Place all the ingredients into a pan and bring to a gentle simmer, stirring occasionally. Cook for 5-10 minutes or until the cranberries are soft.
- Transfer to a bowl and leave to cool. The mixture will thicken as it cools.
