Waitrose is recalling its Asian Fusion Rice Noodles because of a manufacturing error. This means the product is a possible health risk for anyone with an allergy or intolerance to egg and/ or wheat (gluten).

If you have bought the above product and have an intolerance to gluten, do not eat it. Instead, return the product to any Waitrose store for a full refund.

Waitrose has recalled the product from consumers and have contacted the relevant allergy support organisations, which will tell their members about the recall. The company will be displaying point-of-sale notices in stores. A copy of this notice is attached below.

No other Waitrose products are known to be affected.
