"We’ve been enjoying welcoming our customers back into our restaurants at both Browns and Miller & Carter. Ensuring the health and safety of our staff and guests is our priority whilst maintaining the usual great customer experience.

For safer operation we have been operating with a reduced menu, with all allergen and dietary options visible to our guests via the Glass Onion app. On the Glass Onion app, Browns and Miller & Carter have a separate gluten free menu as well as an option to use a gluten free filter to identify gluten free dishes. It is advised to call ahead of visiting a venue to see what gluten free options are available on the day.

We are excited to be able to announce we will be launching a new Main Menu and Gluten Free menu in Miller & Carter restaurants from 13 October 2020.
