The ICDS is a prestigious three day event bringing together scientists, clinicians and researchers from around the world, to share knowledge on all things related to coeliac disease.

As part of the event, the Patient Forum is a special opportunity for the public to hear from international experts on coeliac disease. Speakers at the Patient Forum will include:

  • Dr Jason Tye-Din - Associate Professor, Walter & Eliza Hall Institute of Medical Research, Australia: "Doctor can I eat oats?"
  • Professor Nigel Hoggard – University of Sheffield: "Beyond coeliac disease: Me, my headache & gluten"
  • Dr Hugo Penny – University of Sheffield: "What does a treatment for coeliac disease mean to me?"

Tickets for the Patient Forum have now sold out but we will be sharing highlights from the event with our community on our website and social media later in September, so stay tuned!
