AGM 2022

We are holding our AGM finally for our Somerset Coeliac group. We are planning to hold this event on:

Date: Saturday 25th June

Time: 2 pm to 4 pm

Venue: Long Sutton Village Hall, Martock Road, Long Sutton, TA10 9NT

Parking is available onsite.  

Refreshments will be provided, for donations. If anyone would like to volunteer to help serve on the day, please let us know. 

We are therefore, in accordance with AGM rules announcing the whole of the committee is up for election.

Available posts are Organiser, Secretary and Treasurer 

Wendy Hughes and Richard Derry wil be standing again for organiser and treasurer respectively. Anika Cox will be standing down as secretary.

If you would like to stand for a post (especially as a secretary as without one the group will not be able to run) or have any questions, please email us. 

As part of our AGM on 25th June we are delighted to be able to offer a cream tea provided by Lisa-Jane who runs the Gluten free Cake Den based in Weston-Super-Mare. 

You will be provided with a gluten free, wheat free, coeliac safe cream tea consisting of 2 scones, butter, cream and jam. If you would like to join in and celebrate this with us the cost will be £6.00 and will need to be pre-booked and paid for by 1st June 2022.
