We invite you to join us for the North Hampshire Local Group Annual General Meeting on Saturday 26^th April 2025 at Waitrose Café, Basing View, Basingstoke RG21 4YY. The AGM will take place during our coffee afternoon which is from 3pm to 4.30pm and the AGM will be at 3.30pm.

We do hope you will be able to join us as if we do not get a quorum at this meeting our local group will no longer be able to continue.

Parking is available at the rear of the store. The first two hours are free (but you must still get a ticket from the machine).

We would be grateful if you could notify us by Monday 14^th April if you will be attending, by emailing us at northhampshire@coeliac.org.uk  If you would like to join on Zoom please let us know and we will send you the link. 

This year we are looking for more members to join our committee, so please contact us by 14^th April if you would like to get involved or if there are any matters you would like to raise at the AGM. If you would like to find out more about what being on the committee entails we would be happy to answer any questions you may have by email or set up a phone call with one of our existing committee members.

Please note that under Coeliac UK rules, only members of Coeliac UK can vote at an AGM
