Notice of 2024 AGM

We invite you to join us for the North Hampshire Local Group Annual General Meeting on Saturday 20^th April 2024 at Waitrose Café, Basing View, Basingstoke RG21 4YY. The AGM will take place during our coffee morning which is from 10.30 to 12 and the AGM will be from 11 to 11.15

We do hope you will be able to join us as if we do not get a quorum at this meeting our local group will no longer be able to continue.

Parking is available at the rear of the store. The first two hours are free (but you must still get a ticket from the machine).

We would be grateful if you could notify us by Wednesday 17^th April if you will be attending, by emailing us at northhampshire@coeliac.org.uk  If you would like to join on Zoom please let us know and we will send you the link. Also, please contact us by 17^th April if there are any matters you would like to raise at the AGM.

Please note that due to rising costs any further correspondence from the group will only be to those who have opted for e-mail communication. If anybody who only has postal communication still wishes to receive details about events please can you add an e-mail address from a family member or friend to the My Services section of your account on the Coeliac UK website and indicate that you only want e-mail for local group communications in the communications box.

Under Coeliac UK rules, only members of Coeliac UK can vote at an AGM
