AGM Meeting Change

We’ve made the decision to change this year’s AGM to a virtual meeting and cancel our in person event.

The virtual meeting will be the same date and time on Saturday 25th June at 2 pm. It will be available via Zoom. The information to join the meeting will be sent next Sunday (19th). Please let us know if you are able to attend. 

To those that had planned to attend in person, we apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. Any pre paid cream teas will be fully refunded and we will be in touch with you to arrange this. 

If you would to put yourself forward to join the committee in any role or would just like more information, please get in touch.
