AGM Notice

Dear member

We would like to invite you to a special coffee morning taking place next month in central Basingstoke.  Light refreshments, including a selection of cakes and biscuits, will be available for you to enjoy (donations welcome) in a private hall.  There will be an area for children to play on a variety of games, such as Gone fishing, Guess Who, Don’t buzz the wire, Twister and more!  We shall also be using the occasion to hold our first AGM, which will briefly take place at 10.00.

Date: Saturday 25 June

Time: 10.00-12.00

Location: St Michael’s Church, Basingstoke, RG21 7QW (located behind the M&S in Festival Place)

Parking: Festival Place, Anvil, Churchill Way

If you are able to join us, please confirm your attendance by [emailing us at northhampshire@coeliac.org.uk/  by Sunday 19 June, so that we can ensure enough refreshments are available for everyone. If you are bringing children, please could you advise us of their ages, so that we can ensure we have age-appropriate games.

During the event, we would be grateful if parents could monitor their children.
