Join the 64 Challenge: make a difference this May

Did you know that coeliac disease affects 1 in 100 people in the UK, but only 36% are diagnosed? That means around 64% – an estimated 500,000 people – are living with undiagnosed coeliac disease, often enduring persistent, recurrent and unexplained symptoms.

That’s why, this Coeliac Awareness Month, we’re launching the 64 Challenge, so why not join in! Using the theme of 64, the challenge aims to raise awareness to find and support the undiagnosed. From May 1 to May 31, you can take on a challenge inspired by the number 64—whether it’s a 1-day event, a week-long effort, or something for the entire month. Your challenge can be personal and flexible—something fun, something meaningful, or both!
