Last night’s Trust Me I’m a Doctor on BBC2 covered an experiment into the effects of the gluten-free diet on people who don’t have coeliac disease. The results were inconclusive, with many reporting that they felt better but as there are no bio markers to test for it, there is a  clear need for further research so we can understand more about Non Coeliac Gluten Sensitivity (NCGS).
