Trade media getting behind our Gluten-free Chef of the Year competition

The countdown is on and the media are helping our search.

The deadline for the Gluten-free Chef of the Year competition is nearly here and trade media are getting the behind the competition as we count down.

The competition aims to get chefs and catering college students thinking about gluten-free options in a creative way and we hope that as a result, we’ll see improved gluten-free options on menus as chefs increase their knowledge of gluten-free catering.
