Our telemarketing calls are made to a small number of members each year about their membership, membership renewals, direct debit payments and donations.

These calls are carried out by NTT Fundraising, a company we have appointed to call you on our behalf, and who maintain the highest standards in the sector. The conversations we, and our carefully selected agents, have with you are important in helping to develop our relationship with you and help us to develop our work in the most efficient and impactful way possible.
