The Food Standards Agency (FSA) has published technical guidance to help small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) comply with new allergen rules. The guidance gives SMEs information about changes in European Union food allergen labelling for prepacked foods and allergen information for non-prepacked foods, and has been published following a public consultation. Coeliac UK has responded to both phases of the consultation.
