Coeliac UK is conducting a survey on gluten-free consumer shopping habits. We would like to find out what drives retail choice and how you shop for gluten-free foods in supermarkets, convenience stores and online. This information is invaluable to us and will help inform our campaigning with the food industry, giving manufacturers and retailers of gluten-free foods a better understanding of your needs.

As a thank you for taking the time to participate in the survey you have the opportunity to be entered into a prize draw for the chance to win a £30 gift voucher for Pizza Express.

The survey will take about 15 - 20 minutes to complete and needs to be done in a single session. All answers are completely anonymous unless you choose to supply your contact details to participate in the free prize draw. The survey will close on Friday 10 April.
