One of Coeliac UK’s core goals is improving access to gluten free food. We know how hard gluten free shopping can be. Whether it’s dealing with food label confusion, or going to many different shops just to get staple products. Our experts have spent the last 50 years working with food manufacturers, retailers and policy makers to lobby for positive change. Things have improved in that time, but there’s still a way to go. And you can help us keep pushing to the next level.
