Press coverage on coeliac disease and the gluten-free diet
28 February 2014
We are pleased to have received some great pieces of press coverage in national titles. These include a piece on The Food Navigator website about how nutritious gluten-free foods are, a double page spread in Bella magazine (March 2014 edition) about what coeliac disease is and the need for the gluten-free diet and a piece in EDUCatering magazine online about how school caterers can make a few small changes to enable children with coeliac disease to enjoy school meals. You can read the online pieces below:
- The Food Navigator - how nutritious are gluten-free foods?
- EDUCatering magazine online - gluten-free meals in schools.
Media work is an important part of the work we do and we hope that coeliac disease and the need for the gluten-free diet will continue to be covered in the national press to further increase awareness of the condition.
