Our Food Ambassador Phil Vickery has now launched his iPhone application ‘Seriously Good! Gluten-free Living’ in association with Coeliac UK.

This coincides with the release of his brand new book ‘Seriously Good! Gluten-free Baking’.

Phil's continuing efforts to make tasty gluten-free recipes has been fantastic for the gluten-free community. We are very proud to have worked with him on these projects.
