Keeping the food industry up to date

Today our event for the food industry, manufacturers and retailers is taking place and we’ll be talking to those who deliver gluten-free food and those that want to, about the issues that matter to people with coeliac disease.

The day, which is being held at the British Motor Museum, will look at all areas of food service, including insights in the needs of those following the gluten-free diet and how to deliver gluten-free food within the law.

We hope the event will help key organisations understand the needs of people with coeliac disease better and help drive the safe provision of gluten-free food.
